27. Hating yourself for not purging.

Aaaaaand right after I made my post about recovery I find this.

I both hate and love that other people go through this.

Probably been about a month perhaps since my last purge.

But a few hours since my last binge.

It’s either eat all or nothing these days, and the not purging, while it should make me feel proud, is just making me feel worse. Guilty, depressed and fat.

Why can’t I just eat like a normal person??
